HOW WE RUN TABLES

Standards Behind Our Live Dealer Tables

Every live dealer title we carry comes from studios that publish their own certification and audit records. We do not white-label tables from unverified sources. Our role is to connect your account to those certified streams cleanly — no third-party interruption between the studio feed and your screen.

Studio-Level Certification

Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live both hold independent third-party audits on their shuffle and deal processes. We link only to certified studio feeds, not re-streamed copies.

Round History in Your Account

Every live dealer hand you play is recorded in your bet history with the round ID, table name, stake and result — available to review at any time from your account panel.

RTP Disclosed by Provider

We show RTP only where the studio publishes it. Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live display their table RTPs in the game info panel — we do not invent or override those figures.

Disconnection Policy

If your connection drops mid-round, the hand continues to resolution on the studio server. Your account balance updates from that server result, not from a cached client state.

HELP WHILE YOU PLAY

Live Dealer Support Paths

If a stream drops mid-hand or your account balance does not update after a round settles, these are the three channels to reach us. Keep your round ID — shown in the table interface — ready when you contact us, as it lets our team pull the hand record directly.

Live Chat Open the chat bubble from inside the live dealer lobby. Share your round ID and our team checks the hand log to confirm the outcome and any balance adjustment needed.
Account Help Centre For stream quality issues or table disconnections, the Help Centre has a dedicated live dealer section with step-by-step checks for browser settings, device compatibility and session refresh.
Email Support For detailed round disputes that need a written record, email support with your account number, table name, time of the round and the round ID from your bet history.
vcity177 What Our Live Dealer Lobby Covers

What Our Live Dealer Lobby Covers

Our live dealer section runs tables across multiple studios — Evolution handles the flagship Baccarat and Roulette streams, while Pragmatic Play Live adds Speed Baccarat, Mega Roulette and Dragon Tiger variants with a faster deal pace. Classic Blackjack is dealt from a dedicated shoe; you see the cards in real time, not a simulation. Each table shows its current bet range before

you sit, so you can pick the stake that fits your session. We refresh the table roster when studios release new variants, so the lobby does not stay static. Check the lobby filter to sort by table type or provider when you want something specific.

Live Dealer Terms You Should Know

New to live dealer tables? These are the terms that come up most often in the lobby — plain definitions, no jargon.

01
What is a squeeze in live Baccarat?

A squeeze is when the dealer slowly bends and reveals the card edges for suspense. It is a presentation style used in certain Evolution Baccarat tables and does not change the game outcome or odds.

02
What does 'no more bets' mean in live Roulette?

When the dealer announces 'no more bets', the betting window has closed and the software locks your stake. Any bet placed after this call is voided by the system automatically.

03
What is a side bet in live Blackjack?

A side bet is a separate wager placed alongside your main Blackjack hand, such as Perfect Pairs or 21+3. It resolves independently and carries its own payout structure separate from the main hand.

04
What does RTP mean on a live dealer table?

RTP stands for Return to Player — the percentage of total wagers the game returns to players over a large sample of rounds. Studios publish this figure; we display it only where the provider makes it available.

05
What is the burn card in live Baccarat or Blackjack?

A burn card is the first card removed from the top of a freshly shuffled shoe before dealing begins. It is a standard procedure used to prevent any positional advantage from knowing the top card.

06
What is a live dealer lobby filter?

The lobby filter lets you sort tables by game type, provider or bet limit. Use it to find a specific Evolution Roulette variant or to locate Classic Blackjack tables within your preferred stake range.

What Malaysia Players Ask About Our Live Dealer Lobby

These are the questions we hear most from players exploring the live dealer section for the first time or returning after a break. If your question is not here, live chat has the fastest answer.

The lobby covers Live Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Classic Blackjack, Live Roulette and Live Sic Bo. Studio variants from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live are listed under each game category with their individual bet ranges shown upfront.

No download is needed. The live dealer lobby runs directly in your mobile or desktop browser. On mobile, open vcity177 in Chrome or Safari, log in and the live tables load inside the browser without any separate app install.

Go to your account wallet and choose Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay from the deposit panel. Complete the transfer in your chosen e-wallet app, confirm with your PIN, and your account balance updates before you enter the table.

The hand continues to its natural result on the studio server. When you reconnect, your account balance will already reflect the settled outcome. Check your bet history for the round ID if the result is not immediately visible.

Yes. Most Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live tables include a live chat window visible to the dealer. The dealer will respond verbally on stream. The feature is available on both mobile and desktop sessions.

Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits. Check the lobby from your account — tables that are open to your region will appear without restriction once you are logged in.
